Twas the night before Christmas and all through the Duluth,
Ten feet of snow fell at once ... I'm telling the truth!
I tend to exaggerate, but this time I swear ...
To navigate through town, we needed eight tiny reindeer!
As we unwrapped our gifts under the Johnson Christmas tree,
There were icicles and snowflakes as far as we could see!
Braving the snowstorm, we drove to the church with a steeple.
Once we walked in, we were 10 of only 30 people!
Serena and Kendall wore dresses of black and red
with fashionable headbands upon their fuzzy little heads.
After dinner at the Schmidt's, we opened more gifts throughout the night.
But when we were ready to leave - Oh! What a sight!
There was snow piled over the bumpers and hoods of our cars!
It was clear that Danny's low-rider wasn't traveling far.
On Outlander, On Envoy, On Jeep, On Suburban!
We needed a tow, a snowplow, or at least some bourbon.
At last we made it home, boys soaking wet from head to toe.
Safe from the elements, but little did we know...
It would continue to snow all night and all day.
Here are our favorite photos from our Blizzard Soiree!
