Serena enjoyed the Otsego Easter Egg Hunt on Saturday. She was very careful, but not timid in the least bit, about which eggs to select for her basket. Once Serena collected 10 eggs, she redeemed them for a bag of treats supplied by the local 1st Grade Boy Scout Pack.
After the drama with Santa Clause in December, there was much deliberation as to whether or not we should take Serena to see Peter Cotton Tail. But, as soon as she saw the White Bunny with exposed neck hair and Carhartt boots, she was smitten and had to sit on his lap! We waited for 25 minutes in line until it was her turn. Serena proudly walked up to the bunny, sat on his lap, giggled ... giggled ... and began wailing! Fool me once, they say.
